Randy Royse

Randy Royse is president and chief executive officer of NBC Oklahoma and has more than 36 years of experience in the banking industry.

In 1971, Randy started in the trust department of First National Bank of Norman where he handled investments for individual trusts and the bank’s portfolios. In 1973, Randy moved to the First National Bank of Oklahoma City where he managed personal trusts until 1976. At that time he became head of the oil and gas and real estate division for trust assets and later joined the lending department.

By 1987, Randy had joined Capital National Bank as marketing manager and loan officer. Four years later, in 1991, Randy was promoted to president and CEO. Although the banks name has changed to NBC, Randy has retained that position to this day.

Randy has enjoyed the privilege of serving on the boards of Committee of 100, American Heart Association, Youth Services and is presently on the boards of Heritage Trust Company and Oklahoma Regional Food Bank. For many years he has been a supporter Of Oklahoma City Beautiful and recently won an award for Individual Initiative.

Randy has been married to the former Sally Amspacher for 39 years and they have two sons, Rip and Phillip.
