Matt McGuire
Senior Vice President, Director of Investments

Serving as senior vice president, director of investments, Mr. McGuire offers more than 10 years experience in the trust and investments industry to Heritage Trust. He joined the company in 2006 as vice president and senior portfolio manager.

He was formerly employed with Merrill Lynch as a financial consultant. And prior to joining Heritage Trust, he served as vice president and portfolio manager for InvestTrust.

A New York native, Mr. McGuire holds a bachelor’s degree in political science with a concentration in Japanese language and culture from the University of Richmond. He received his master’s degree in finance from Oklahoma City University. Mr. McGuire is a Certified Financial Planner™.

A firm believer in giving back to his community, Mr. McGuire a member of the Downtown Club and is active in the United Way of Central Oklahoma. He is an executive committee member, the current events chairman and also serves on the board of directors. He previously served as the United Way Emerging Leaders co-chair from 2004-2006. In addition to his current charitable services, Mr. McGuire is a past board member of the Oklahoma City Philharmonic and the Downtown Club, past parish council member for St. Elijah Orthodox Christian Church and a former big brother with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Oklahoma City.

He and his wife, Kelley, have two children ages 13 and 11. In his free time, Mr. McGuire enjoys spending time with his family.
