Frances Frank
Vice President, Trust & Internal Control Officer

Mrs. Frank has more than 30 years of experience in the trust industry. She began her career with Stillwater National Bank and Trust Company where she served as senior vice president and trust officer. Prior to joining Heritage Trust, she moved to Trust Company of Oklahoma as a vice president and branch manager.

Mrs. Frank is a graduate of the Oklahoma Bankers Trust School and was awarded the Certified Trust and Financial Advisor designation from the Institute of Certified Bankers in 1992.

In addition to her role with Heritage Trust, Mrs. Frank has also served her community in a number of roles, including past trustee of Stillwater Public Education Foundation where she served two terms as president and two terms as secretary; past trustee of Payne County Sheltered Workshop; and a past board member for the Oklahoma Bankers Association Trust Division, Stillwater Estate Planning Council and the Oklahoma Planned Giving Council.

In her spare time, Mrs. Frank enjoys spending time with her husband and their three children and eight grandchildren.
