Malinda Berry Fischer

Mrs. Fischer is chairman of Thomas N. Berry & Company, an independent oil & gas producer, and president of Marietta Royalty Company both located in Stillwater,Oklahoma.

She's a graduate of Oklahoma State University and Harvard Business School (HRPBA). Previously, Mrs. Fischer worked as a consultant specializing in organizational management and development.

Prior to returning to her hometown in 1995, Mrs. Fischer lived in Rochester, NY where she served as chairman of the trust committee and on the executive committee for Chase Manhattan Bank/Rochester Division and chairman of the Rochester Area Community Foundation.

Mrs. Fischer has held leadership positions on numerous boards, was formerly chairman of the OSU Foundation and received the OSU Distinguished Alumni Award. She currently serves on the boards of the Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation and the Communities Foundation of Oklahoma.
