Don E. Balaban

Mr. Balaban joined Heritage Trust in 1997 as senior vice president, bringing with him extensive experience with oil and gas, farm and ranch management and small businesses. He offers clients more than 42 years of banking and trust experience. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Balaban managed the trust division for the former Liberty National Bank and Trust Company.

Mr. Balaban holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Kansas State University and a juris doctorate degree from Oklahoma City University School of Law. He is a member of American Bar Associates, Oklahoma Bar Association, Oklahoma County Bar Association, Oklahoma City Estate Planning Council and the Oklahoma City Lawyer Tax Group.

Currently, he serves on the board of directors for Goodwill Industries. He has previously served on the boards of the Downtown Oklahoma City Lions Club, Men’s Dinner Club, Oklahoma City Estate Planning Council and the advisory committee of the Kirkpatrick Foundation, Inc.

Mr. Balaban and his wife, Colleen, have two children and 10 grandchildren. The couple loves to travel.
